仕事内容
We lead or support Project Managers in the planning and execution of large-scale application delivery initiatives in Japan. Our responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and governance materials for presentation to C-level executives and senior IT leadership. We manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning, requirements gathering, and scope definition, through to design, development, testing, deployment, and the transition to operations.
Our role involves close coordination with business stakeholders in Japan, IT architecture and development teams, as well as internal and external delivery partners. We drive effective communication, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making across complex, multi-stakeholder environments to ensure that delivery aligns with organizational IT standards, governance frameworks, quality expectations, and timelines.
As leaders in high-visibility and complex programs, we focus on delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. This entails maintaining fluent Japanese language proficiency to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, project members, and senior leadership in Japan. We rely on our extensive experience in project management, especially in leading large-scale and complex application delivery projects, and our strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Furthermore, we manage multi-vendor and multi-team delivery environments using a solid understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches. We also prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports, ensuring clarity and engagement with the audience at every level.
