仕事内容
職務内容
製造業向けPLMシステムの運用・保守を担当します。
国内ユーザーやグローバルITチームと連携し、システムの安定稼働と継続的な改善を支えるポジションです。
主な業務
PLMシステムのL1／L2サポート
システム監視、障害調査、ユーザーアクセス対応
不具合修正、テスト、デプロイ、機能改善
インシデント・問題・変更・リリース管理
原因分析およびRCAレポートの作成
国内外のユーザー、開発・インフラチームとの連携
手順書、運用資料、ナレッジの作成・更新
登録資格
必須条件
PLM製品の導入または運用サポート経験3年以上
ITILに基づく運用プロセスの知識
トラブルシューティング、文書作成、関係者調整のスキル
歓迎条件
Teamcenter、Windchill、3DEXPERIENCEの経験
PLMシステムのカスタマイズ・設定経験
AWC、SOA、ITK、BMIDEなどの知識・経験
言語力
日本語：ネイティブレベル（複雑なニュアンスや言い回しを正確に理解し、自然かつ正確に使用できる）
英語：Conversational / Basic Reading and Writing Level (Able to handle daily conversations, simple reading and writing, and basic business communication)
待遇
■Employment status
Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00 (Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
■Holiday/Leave
Annual paid leave, Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Year end and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.
