【About the project】
Consultation and technology development project for Information and Communication Systems Infrastructure Enhancement R&D / Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology / TAT manufacturing technology
【Responsibilities】
Applicant will be engaged in the services of manufacturing process as a SME to facilitate consulting and technology programs with Japan clients in the fabrication Manufacturing process
登録資格
■Minimum qualifications
Candidate must have following experience:
1. SMT and FATP processes
2. Fabrication Manufacturing
3. OSAT manufacturing processes
4. One of the 6 Semiconductor Processes
5. Handling of Semiconductor equipment and processes on the shopfloor for yield and cycle time improvement
6. SEMI E10, OEE, and dynamic scheduling for work order planning
■Nice to have skills
1. Offline simulation
2. Plant capacity analysis
3. Unit cost reduction
4. Equipment interface with SECS GEM, data integration and management with such as MES and APC
5. Organize and analyze manufacturing process data to improve yields, streamline operations and improve cycle times
6. Develop and establish controlled processes to support new product and technology initiatives
待遇
■Employment status
Regular Employee
Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)
Working hours classification: Deemed working hours system
Category of deemed working hours system: Discretionary labor system for professional work
Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs
■Salary
Annual salary: *will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.
Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY
Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)
Salary raise: Yes
Premium: Yes
■Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
■Holiday/Leave
Annual paid leave (10 days provided in the first year * Variable depending on joining date), Two days off every week (Sat, Sun), Public holidays, Yearend and new year holidays, Congratulation or condolence leave, and nursing leave.
