仕事内容
The PLM Functional Consultant role involves managing the entire lifecycle of Teamcenter implementation projects, specifically tailored for semiconductor manufacturing clients. Our primary responsibility is to ensure effective communication and the successful management of these projects, leveraging a deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. We are tasked with facilitating workshops to gather requirements, developing solutions that align with business goals, and building consensus among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
We also conduct solution analysis and develop customer-facing proposals to contribute to deal closures. As part of our role, we lead or participate in delivering Proof of Concept engagements with key prospects. We provide input to the implementation team regarding methodologies and tools required for project delivery, and supervise technical teams either onsite or offshore to maintain quality standards.
As the single point of contact for the client, we professionally interact and manage communications with customers and internal teams. We also design and develop complex digital transformation projects for existing and new customers at our company. Supporting the sales process is another key aspect, where we define the software and services requirements for project deliveries and assist in closing deals. Additionally, we conduct customer demonstrations, articulate functional requirements, and facilitate timely sign-offs from the customer.
Mentoring team members and ensuring effective team management in an Agile/Scrum environment is crucial to our role. Experience with large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. We are expected to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers, handling challenging situations with effective communication skills.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: • Experience as a Business Process Consultant in New Product Development, with knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). • At least one end-to-end implementation or transformation experience in a PLM product for a manufacturing or high-tech/electronics customer in Japan. • Experience running customer workshops. • Deep understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies and experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Ability to write clear, understandable Requirements, Specification documents, and Use Cases. • Knowledge of BPML. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external customers. Must be an effective communicator in challenging customer situations. Languages: - Japanese: Fluent level - English: Business level - **望ましい経験**: • Proven track record in leading large enterprise PLM software deployments as an architect or domain expert. • Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systems 3DExperience, or PTC Windchill. • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery/Heavy Engineering, High-Tech, and Electronics. • Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. |
