仕事内容
The PLM Project Manager will lead the successful implementation of digital transformation projects focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems in engineering and manufacturing environments. This role involves managing various project stakeholders, establishing clear communication channels, and defining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to track project progress. We are responsible for managing project risks, issues, and action items while owning project delivery and quality metrics. Additionally, we will establish processes for delivery and quality management while showing a willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
The role requires us to provide weekly project status reports to both the customer and internal management, manage project efforts, and track costs closely. We will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects that can redefine operations for global companies, particularly in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. Collaboration with a diverse, talented international team is expected, fostering both personal and professional growth. Exposure to industry-leading PLM solutions will enhance our technical expertise in this fast-evolving field, allowing us to work closely with clients to build lasting relationships and help them shape future business strategies.
Candidates should have experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and proven skills in managing project risks and engaging with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with basic engineering, manufacturing, and PLM terminology is required. This role offers clear career progression with opportunities to advance from Project Manager to Program Manager and eventually to Delivery Lead, all while gaining valuable experience with diverse technologies, solutions, and business processes.
