仕事内容
As a PLM Solution Architect, our primary responsibility is to lead digital transformation projects in the realm of Product Lifecycle Management specifically tailored for engineering and manufacturing sectors. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the client's business processes in order to design the optimal PLM solution architecture. We collaborate with both local and international teams to facilitate the successful deployment of new systems. Expertise in PLM systems such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience is essential, alongside proficient communication skills in both English and Japanese to ensure seamless interactions.
Our duties encompass understanding and documenting the functional and technical requirements of the PLM systems. Further, we engage in close collaboration with clients to articulate a high-level "To-Be" system perspective and lay out a detailed roadmap for their digital transformation. We provide technical recommendations based on clearly identified business needs and develop comprehensive design documentation, as well as proofs of concept (PoCs). During the implementation phase, we work closely with the development team to ensure that the project adheres to set objectives.
An important aspect of our role is the opportunity to learn emerging technologies and gain deep insights into engineering processes while crafting effective PLM solutions. In leading the customer's digital transformation, we enjoy a structured career progression potential from Solution Architect to Senior Solution Architect, and finally to Enterprise Architect. The role demands significant experience and skills in project definition, planning, requirements gathering, and process mapping, ensuring we successfully drive large-scale, high-profile projects that intricately blend business and IT components.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: 1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect. 2. Strong understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes, with the ability to design PLM solutions. 3. Functional knowledge of Engineering or Manufacturing business processes. 4. Experience with at least one global PLM tool, such as Teamcenter or 3DExperience. 5. Experience in PLM consultation and implementation projects. 6. Extensive experience in project definition, planning, requirements gathering, analysis, and process mapping. 7. Experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations. 8. Broad understanding of application and technology integration frameworks. 9. Expertise in applying structured methodologies to define, implement, and maintain end-to-end solutions using packaged software. 10. Proven track record of successful delivery in large-scale, high-profile projects involving both business and IT components.
