仕事内容

We are seeking a PLM Project Manager to spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. This role is vital for managing the complete implementation of a next-generation PLM system, focusing on stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality control, all while ensuring that customization is minimal yet effective in meeting engineering needs. The Project Manager will engage with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and current business processes, collaborating with the global PLM team to design an optimal solution aligned with the customer’s goals.

The primary responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships and communication, defining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and ensuring that project implementation and delivery progress smoothly. Additionally, the candidate will handle project risks, issues, and action items, taking ownership of delivery and quality metrics. They will also establish processes for delivery and quality management and maintain a learning mindset concerning new technologies and trends. Regular project status reports will be provided to customers and internal management.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a comprehensive digital transformation implementation project, gain insights into semiconductor manufacturing processes, and lead the integration of these processes into PLM systems. Responsibilities extend to defining the project roadmap and key milestones, developing detailed project plans, WBS structures, and other essential project artifacts. By coordinating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, the Project Manager will drive the team toward successful project outcomes.

- Strong understanding and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, particularly Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing project risks and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in the engineering or manufacturing domain.
- Basic understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and PLM terminology.

- **望ましい経験**:
- Experience in digital engineering or manufacturing consulting.
- Familiarity with PLM products such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, etc.
- Basic programming skills.
- Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Experience in implementing digital transformation projects.
