仕事内容

We are focused on the development of cloud-based data platforms specifically designed for autonomous and connected vehicles. As a Data Architect/Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in constructing a scalable, secure, and efficient data infrastructure that supports the collection, organization, storage, and processing of vehicle data. Your responsibilities will include designing blueprints for these cloud platforms, covering data flow architecture, end-to-end solutions, and component communication. This involves converting business requirements into technical specifications related to data streams, integrations, and developing data-driven solutions using machine learning techniques. You will also apply AI and ML workflows to big data, working with series, text, geospatial, and image data to devise machine learning algorithms and predictive systems.

In addition, you will define cloud platform architecture to meet customer requirements, ensuring effective database solutions, compliance, and automated data management processes. Performing ETL, data cleaning, validation, and dashboard creation will be part of your tasks, along with facilitating cross-functional technical issue resolution. The role involves close collaboration within a team of around 25 engineers to create a strategic, cloud-oriented data platform that supports the automotive industry's transformational technologies. Working at the intersection of automotive, cloud, and data engineering, we tackle technical challenges in a cutting-edge field by designing innovative solutions, supporting real-time data collection and cloud analysis for AI/ML applications. This position offers a chance to engage in applied research and prototype development, contributing to the enhancement and safety of autonomous and connected vehicle experiences.

- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse, Data Fabric, and Data Mesh concepts.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), with knowledge of multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud platforms.
- Experience in data management, ETL pipeline design, Kubernetes, and Docker container implementation.

- **望ましい経験**:
- Proficiency in ML modeling, including model selection and fine-tuning using MLflow or cloud services.
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Scala, or R, with hands-on experience in Apache Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Erwin, Git, and Bash.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, Hadoop HDFS, MapReduce, CI/CD pipeline development, and handling real-time IoT data.
- Familiarity with data governance, quality processes, and cloud-agnostic solution development.
- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, .NET, Spring Boot, ERC, Dimensional modeling, and Hive.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile development, and testing methodologies.
- Exposure to the automotive industry, with knowledge of connected cars and IoT systems.
