仕事内容
In this position, we manage automotive project operations with a focus on regulatory compliance in emerging areas such as Cyber Security and Over-The-Air (OTA) updates. Our role involves overseeing project activities, collaborating closely with Tier-1 suppliers, ensuring that projects meet regulatory standards, and supporting compliance audits and vehicle type approvals. We are responsible for creating comprehensive project implementation plans that outline objectives, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets, providing alternatives if initial plans face obstacles.
We work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to manage overall vehicle program execution and ensure the successful completion of software releases. Defining roles and responsibilities within projects, we oversee daily operations and establish best practices to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. We are also tasked with regular communication and updates to stakeholders, providing detailed project status reports and documentation, and resolving project issues as they arise.
Our duties include developing an integrated master project schedule with customers and partners, tracking progress, and completing milestones. We allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and availability, ensuring clarity in roles. Additionally, we offer on-the-job training to project members and assist in resolving any issues. Our work requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, proficiency in task, schedule, and quality management, and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for customers and suppliers.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Proven experience in project management, including project planning, execution, quality assurance, schedule and risk management, coordination, and communication. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including end-to-end test planning, execution procedures, software release and version management, and deployment processes. - Solid understanding of engineering best practices and the ability to establish new ones where necessary. - Experience in preparing detailed reports and explaining technical challenges to customers and Tier-1 suppliers. - Proficiency in task management, schedule management, and daily operations oversight. - Experience in creating customer presentations, project status reports, and planning documents. - General knowledge of the automotive industry, vehicle domains, and relevant technologies. - Languages: ・Japanese: Fluent ・English: Business - **望ましい経験**: - Knowledge of Vehicle Cyber Security, OTA Software updates, Connected Car Services, Infotainment, Telematics, Cloud, and Vehicle Data, along with relevant project management experience. - Familiarity with automotive regulations and standards such as WP.29 UNR155 (Cyber Security Management Systems), UNR156 (Software Update Management Systems), ISO21434, and ISO24089. - Basic knowledge of Cyber Security, including encryption algorithms and vulnerability management. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. |
