職務内容

■About the Department:

We work on providing end to end IT, IOT, EAM and APM solutions to customer for their manufacturing digital transformation and asset management area.

■About the Project:

These Japan based large manufacturing companies and they are under taking digital tansformation of their manufacturing operations starting from Japan and doing this for their global operations. These resources are required for following:

1. Discussions with key stakeholder in understanding requirement

2. Working with global team to design a solution

3. Helping global team to develop and deploy the solutions at manufacturing locations

4. Providing solution training to key users of this system

■Responsibilities:

1. Participating in requirements gathering, design phase of the project

2. Capturing information of various sources from were data will be captured

3. Creating Data capturing templates

4. Capturing data of assets in scope

5. Understanding the requirement of target solution

6. Validation of data captured based on the target solution

7. Preparation of test cases for testing the correctness of data and solution

登録資格

■Minimum qualifications:

1. 10+ Years experience in any manufacturing or energy industry

2. 8+ Years experience in any IT solution development

3. Experience in understanding database structures/architecture

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Ability to work in hybrid teams

Languages:

- Japanese: Business level

- English: Business level

■ Nice to have skills:

Technologies - Preferably in APM solutions such as Mistras PCMS, GE APM, AVEVA or any other enterprise solutions, IOT platform

■Employment status

Regular Employee

Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)

Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

■Salary

Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.

Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY

Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

Salary raise: Yes

Premium: Yes

■Working hours

9:00 - 18:00

(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
