仕事内容
We are responsible for providing comprehensive IT, IoT, EAM, and APM solutions tailored for the digital transformation and asset management needs of manufacturing companies. Our primary tasks involve engaging with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and collaborating with a global team to design and implement solutions at manufacturing sites. We also conduct training sessions for key users to ensure smooth adoption of these solutions.
Our responsibilities extend to program management, stakeholder management, risk management, team and schedule management, and overseeing large-scale IT transformation projects. These duties require a deep understanding of process industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Fertilizer, as well as proficiency in plant maintenance, engineering, and project management.
Effective communication in both English and Japanese is essential, as is familiarity with digital transformation projects and customer relationship management. Understanding Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and possessing skills in data analysis and report generation (e.g., MIS, PowerPoint) are also crucial.
Additional skills that enhance our effectiveness include knowledge of the latest trends in asset management, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies. Overall, this role emphasizes both strategic oversight in project delivery and operational excellence to meet the evolving demands of global manufacturing clients.
