仕事内容

We are looking for a Bilingual ADAS/Sensor Project Manager to lead and manage projects in the Autonomous Driving (AD) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) domain. In this role, you will work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Japanese and foreign suppliers, and vendors to manage project timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of software validation and ECU deployment projects. You will coordinate with suppliers in English and Japanese, prepare meeting minutes and action items, and track project progress with stakeholders. By creating project plans and schedules, you will visualize and optimize processes while collaborating closely with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and vendors to manage vehicle programs and major software releases. Responsibilities also include task and schedule management, weekly report creation, meeting facilitation, tracking tasks, action items, risks, and issues, and developing project execution plans. You will report project progress regularly and ensure deliverables are met by maintaining regular communication with stakeholders. We require at least five years of project management experience, preferably in the ADAS and automotive domain, with knowledge of the software development lifecycle, verification, validation, and software methodologies in this sector. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English are essential.

勤務時間1. フレックスタイム制（コアタイム10:00〜16:00）
9:00〜18:00（実働8時間）
