仕事内容
We are tasked with delivering comprehensive IT, IoT, EAM, and APM solutions to assist customers in their manufacturing digital transformation and asset management sectors. Our primary focus is on collaborating with large Japanese manufacturing companies undergoing digital transformation of their operations, beginning in Japan and expanding globally. Our responsibilities include engaging with key stakeholders to discern their requirements, partnering with global teams to design solutions, and aiding in the development and deployment of these solutions at manufacturing sites. Additionally, we provide training on the solutions to the system's key users. We play a crucial role in functional design, cross-team coordination, and leadership from an asset management and planning perspective. This involves collaboration with application teams to prepare and review functional design documents, coordinating with business teams to understand gaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop solution designs through workshops. Our position provides a strategic edge, showcasing our global capabilities and enhancing customer interactions with a local presence. The role offers a career path that includes global roles in projects across the US, EU, and APAC, and leading accounts and digital transformation initiatives in Japan.
