仕事内容
We are looking for a candidate to join our EE System Department, taking charge of the design, development, and validation of electronic components, including ECU specification design and in-vehicle communication diagnostics. This role requires close collaboration with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth development and validation of electronic systems within vehicles. The candidate should be experienced in system architecture, in-vehicle networks, and ECU testing, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Our department is responsible for the design and validation of various electronic components and focuses on activities like EE architecture design, in-vehicle communication management, and ECU design for gateway, body control, and climate control systems. The main projects involve supporting RFI/RFQ preparations, coordinating with suppliers, assisting OEM design teams with prototyping and simulation, overseeing in-vehicle communication design, ECU diagnostics, and ensuring effective component validation.
The responsibilities include owning ECU specification designs, executing ECU tasks, coordinating development, and validation, as well as managing customer interactions and supporting analytic problem resolution. The position also involves identifying ecosystem gaps and generating new business ideas, managing teams, and program management for EE components.
This role offers significant knowledge growth and exposure to EE architecture design, in-vehicle communication, and market defect analysis while working with a renowned Japanese OEM and Tier-1 suppliers. Candidates should have at least three years of automotive experience, knowledge of vehicle electronics, and proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level.
