仕事内容
Our team is seeking a Business Process Consultant to lead new customer acquisitions in their Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) journey. The primary responsibilities include facilitating workshops and developing consensus among stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business values. The role involves conducting solution analysis, developing customer proposals, and contributing to business deal success. You will be tasked with leading or participating in Proof of Concept engagements for key prospects and providing input to implementation teams regarding methodologies and tools. Additionally, coaching and mentoring team members as necessary and supervising both onsite and offshore technical teams will be essential. This position requires professional interaction and communication with both customers and internal teams.
The role also involves designing and developing complex digital transformation projects for new and existing clients of TCS Japan. In support of the sales process, you will help define software and service requirements critical for successful project delivery and deal closure. Required skills include experience in PLM, especially within the context of new product development, familiarity with at least one full-cycle implementation experience in a manufacturing or high-tech/electronics setting in Japan, and the ability to conduct workshops. A thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment in an Agile/Scrum environment is necessary.
This position also calls for exceptional communication skills, experience with BPML, and flexibility to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors, and knowledge of products such as Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3DExperience, or PTC Windchill is advantageous. The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, along with problem-solving and decision-making skills, is also important.
