仕事内容
We are seeking an IT PMO to lead and enhance overall IT Operations, Processes, and Management. The role involves establishing PMO standards, managing operations, portfolios, and ensuring efficient communication across various teams and stakeholders. The IT PMO will oversee and support management and operational areas including Quality, Finance and Accounting, IT Contract, Onboarding, Operations, Security, and Vendor Management. A key part of this role is stakeholder engagement, acting as a liaison between TCS teams and business stakeholders, gathering and communicating requirements, and ensuring expectations are met.
Operational support and coordination is also critical, facilitating communication between clients, TCS teams, and other departments, as well as providing centralized support for activities such as scheduling and budgeting. The role involves developing governance and standards by establishing processes, frameworks, and methodologies, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Resource management is another responsibility, which includes allocating resources, managing resource capacity, and optimizing utilization. Identifying skill gaps and recommending training is also important. Furthermore, risk management duties involve identifying, assessing, mitigating risks, establishing contingency plans, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Quality assurance responsibilities include ensuring adherence to best practices and monitoring deliverables to meet quality standards. A successful candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in IT Operations and Management, project management experience, a strong grasp of Japanese (business level or JLPT Level 1 or 2), robust problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, and relevant certifications in Agile/Scrum or ITIL.
