仕事内容
We are engaged in a large-scale project for a global insurance company and are looking for a skilled professional who can contribute to the success of this initiative. The primary role involves developing and thoroughly unit-testing both front-end and back-end applications, making architectural decisions, and designing scalable systems. You will be responsible for continuously identifying enhancements for existing applications and review code developed by other team members to ensure adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will actively participate in various transformation initiatives such as process maturity, DevOps automation, and security vulnerability remediation to achieve the project goals.
Collaboration is a key aspect of the role as you will work closely with backend, QA, UI/UX, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of applications. You will enforce best practices related to browser compatibility, code reusability, localization in both Japanese and English, and front-end security. API integration and backend services will be managed to support dynamic insurance data, calculations, and transactions. Participation in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing is also expected.
The role requires fluency in both Japanese and English to effectively communicate with customers and teams on-site and offshore. A background with at least five years of IT experience and proficiency in Fullstack technologies such as JavaScript frameworks, NodeJS, React, and databases like MySQL and Postgres is essential. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, and others is also necessary for this position. Experience with AWS Cloud, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and insurance industry knowledge is beneficial.
