仕事内容

Our role involves analyzing and validating business requirements from clients and Business Analysts, and translating these into technical specifications. We support the design phase by ensuring alignment with system architecture and business needs. Identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks across applications, APIs, and integrations is a key aspect of our work, which also involves documenting workflows, use cases, and design specifications. This documentation provides clear guidance for designers and developers.

We assess the impact of design changes on existing applications and infrastructure and collaborate with testing teams to ensure the developed system meets requirements, functions properly, and adheres to quality standards. Additionally, we develop training materials and user guides to equip end-users with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate the new system effectively. As business requirements evolve, we implement and manage changes to the system.

To succeed in this role, experience in the insurance domain is essential, particularly a comprehensive understanding of insurance operations such as sales, contracting, and claims. We require 5 to 10 years of IT experience, particularly in application design, system design development, testing, or maintenance projects. Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above) is necessary for documentation and communication purposes.

Additional skills that enhance our capability include exposure to Agile methodology, DevOps, security vulnerability management, and hybrid delivery systems (such as Salesforce and COTS). Familiarity with front-end requirements, understanding of APIs, data flows, and service dependencies enriches our capacity to validate integration requirements. Experience with user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and active involvement in application transition and stabilization phases are highly valued.

【Must】

・Working experience in Insurance domain.

→Understanding the overall workflow of insurance operations(sales, contracting, and claims)

・Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, System Design Development, Testing or Maintenance projects.

・JLPT N1 or above. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers.

・Documentation skills to manage the latest structure such as current process and models.

・Exposure to hybrid delivery (Salesforce, COTS, digital modernization).
