【部門紹介】
We primarily provide hybrid IT infrastructure design, construction, and operation services to Japanese clients in a variety of industries, working with our delivery center in India.
【プロジェクト紹介】
The goal is to standardize and integrate siloed IT operations at a global level, focusing on L1/L2 support, in order to improve end-user experience and reduce costs.
Our company will be working on related projects from 2025 onwards.
As the project progresses, the client's tasks and workload will increase through collaboration with stakeholders in Japan and global interactions. As a member of the client's project promotion team, you will be required to organize the situation together with client leaders and staff, and promote project management work such as progress management and issue management. As a PMO based on PM-level activities, your mission will be to accompany and support the client and achieve the objectives and goals of this program.

This position will involve project management work on global/Japan projects, including schedule management, scope management, progress management, issue management, and stakeholder management, providing an opportunity to gain highly practical project management and execution skills and experience.
This will provide an opportunity to gain program management experience, including collaboration with stakeholders, partner companies, and other projects.
You will be more deeply involved in the core of the client's IT strategy, IT service management and ITSM tools (ServiceNow), and will gain experience through value delivery.
Members belong to specialized teams in ITIL and ServiceNow, and their knowledge of these fields will enable them to provide extremely high-quality services through appropriate project management.

As a member of the client's project team, you will work closely with the client to support the overall project implementation and manage schedule, scope, and issues. You will also collaborate with TCS project members (Japan and India) to support the overall implementation of the project. You will be responsible for managing projects from the client's perspective, driving TCS forward, and leveraging TCS global knowledge, allowing you to build a career in high-level project management and consulting.
【仕事内容】
Responsibilities:
- General project management duties
- Supporting client GIOC/GNOC project members with project work
- Schedule, progress management, to-do management, issue and risk management
- Supporting the creation of management and review materials
- Supporting client internal work (as needed)
- Meeting facilitation (regular and ad hoc)
- Communication and stakeholder management: meeting coordination and facilitation support
- Document review, finalization, deployment (including maintenance)
- Stakeholder coordination, issue resolution follow-up
- Change management implementation, etc.
- Collaborating and coordinating with TCS project members
- Proactive information sharing and regular communication
- Involving stakeholders in issue review and stakeholder coordination
- Gathering global knowledge and best practices, etc.
【必要条件】
1) Analytical skills to investigate and understand the overall picture/content of the client's IT environment and operation/maintenance work.
2) Ability to create materials/documents that clearly summarize the investigation content/results of the above work.
3) Presentation skills to persuasively explain the created deliverables to clients.
4) Communication skills to smoothly conduct QA and discussions with client representatives and current vendors.
Basic skills and attitude required.
- Independent efforts to gather, analyze, and organize information, with a positive attitude that is not afraid of hard work/challenges.
- Active and proactive communication with stakeholders, with a willingness to engage in dialogue.
- Experience driving the execution of design and development projects (IT operations, Azure Cloud and ITSM implementation experience preferred).
- 6+ years of related experience as a project manager.
- Ability to manage internal and client projects
- Ability to analyze situations, organize, think logically, and solve problems
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of project management essentials
- Knowledge and understanding of IT operations, platform construction, and implementation
- Proficiency or ability to learn various general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the industry
- Ability to create documents using Microsoft Office, etc.
- Ability to support team members and ensure projects are completed on schedule
