This project focuses on applying data analytics and AI-driven optimization to improve the evaporation process used in the food processing industry. The team aims to reduce operational costs by identifying optimal control set points through AI-based optimization models. Collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and functional experts is essential, along with direct communication with customers to collect requirements and present analysis results.

本プロジェクトは、食品加工業界における蒸発（Evaporation）プロセスの効率化を目的とし、データ分析とAI最適化技術を活用するものです。AIベースの最適化モデルを用いて最適な制御パラメータを導き出し、運用コスト削減を図ります。データサイエンティスト、アナリスト、ファンクショナルエキスパートとの協働が重要であり、顧客との要件ヒアリングや結果説明も含まれます。

■ Job Responsibilities ／ 職務内容

- Collect, preprocess, and analyze industrial data to generate insights for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

- Design and build prediction models and optimization frameworks aligned with process requirements.

- Perform statistical analysis, feature engineering, model tuning, and validation to ensure model accuracy.

- Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities using historical data and key parameters.

- Collaborate with optimization engineers to implement prescriptive analytics solutions.

- Develop visualization dashboards, analytical reports, and technical documentation.

■ Must Requirements ／ 必須要件

- Python programming skills and 5+ years of experience in data analytics

- Knowledge of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, data visualization, ML/DL modeling, model validation, manufacturing processes, KPIs, and basic IoT

- Pythonプログラミングおよび5年以上のデータ分析経験

- 統計モデリング、仮説検定、データ可視化、ML/DLモデル構築・検証、製造プロセス・KPI理解、IoT基礎知識

Manager/Supervisor classification: Nil (Classifiable depending on the case)

Deemed working hours per day: 8hrs

■Salary

Monthly salary: Under our corporate regulations, amount will be decided in consideration of candidates’ experiences and abilities.

Discretionary labor allowance: 60,000 JPY - 80,000 JPY

Overtime work allowance: By ordinary (Paid according to overtime working hours)

9:00 - 18:00

(Actual working hrs: 8hrs /Flex time system/ Core time: 10:00 - 16:00)
