大手生命保険会社において、保険商品全体を対象とした顧客登録・管理システムのプラットフォーム刷新を実施。

マーケティングおよびディストリビューション関連アプリケーションに対し、機能拡張および新機能開発に伴う結合テスト（Integration Testing）と、スプリント内でのシステムテスト（In-sprint System Testing）を担当し、品質向上と安定したリリースを支援する。

【役割と責任】

・アプリケーションテストプロジェクト（STLCモデル）における、アプリケーション移行および安定化フェーズの支援のため、必要に応じて日本時間（JST）の朝時間帯での勤務対応

・主な業務内容（以下に限定されない）

-テスト計画の作成、テストケース設計、テストデータの定義

-機能要件および非機能要件を検証するためのテスト実行および結果の記録

-不具合（Defect）の特定・記録・管理を行い、開発者、プロダクトマネージャー、関連チームと連携してクローズまで対応

-テスト進捗、課題、リスクを関係者へ適切に報告・共有

-Webおよびバックエンドサービスに対するインスプリントテスト、結合テスト、回帰テストの実施

-APIおよびインターフェースの結合テストを実施し、エンドツーエンドの業務プロセス検証を実現

・プロジェクト目標達成に向けた各種トランスフォーメーション施策への参画

・ジュニアメンバーの育成・指導を行いながら、テストタスクの割り当ておよび進捗管理を実施し、スケジュール・品質・コストの逸脱なくタスク完了をリード

・アジャイル開発における各種セレモニー（Sprint Planning、Daily Stand-up、Review、Retrospective 等）に参加し、QA観点でのフィードバックおよび作業見積りを提供

【About the project】

Project for one of the largest Insurance companies. Distribution and marketing are undergoing a platform upgrade on their customer registration and management systems for all the insurance products., Conducting integration testing and in-sprint system testing for enhancements and feature development in marketing and distribution applications.

【Role and responsibilities】

・Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend the support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Testing projects running under STLC model

・Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to:

-Create test plans, design test cases, and define test data

-Execute test cases to verify functional & non-functional requirements and capture the results

-Identify, document, and track defects for closure by working with developers, product managers and other teams

-Effectively communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to the stakeholders

-Perform in-sprint, integration, and regression testing for web and backend services

・Perform API and interface integration testing, ensuring end-to-end business process validation.

・Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Testing efficiency, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals

・Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the testing tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages

・Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing feedback and estimates for QA activities.

・Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads in a distributed, multicultural environment

【応募要件】

・日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2以上を保有していること

└ 日本人ネイティブと読み・書き・会話すべてにおいて円滑なコミュニケーションが可能なレベル

・IT業界での実務経験3～10年

└ アプリケーションの設計、開発、テスト、保守・運用プロジェクトにおける経験

・保険（生命保険・損害保険）または金融サービス領域における、ソフトウェアテストライフサイクル（STLC）の知識および実務経験

・詳細なテストケース／テストスクリプトの作成および実行経験、ならびに明確で分かりやすいテストドキュメント作成スキル

・アジャイル開発／スプリントベースのQAプロセスおよび分散チーム（オンサイト・オフショア）での協業に関する理解

・ビジネス部門およびIT部門の顧客SME、オンサイトチーム、オフショアチームと効果的に連携・調整できる高いコミュニケーション能力

【歓迎要件】

・自動化テストおよび結合テストツールに関する実務経験

└ Selenium、Playwright、SoapUI、Postman などの使用経験

・テストデータ管理および合成データ生成に関する知識・経験

└ GenRocket などのツールに精通していることが望ましい

・SQL／データベーステストに関する基礎知識

└ MySQL、PostgreSQL などのデータベースを用いた検証経験

└ CI/CD環境に関する基本的な理解・使用経験

【Must】

・JLPT N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers

・Must have 3 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects

・Knowledge and hands on experience in Software testing life cycle (STLC) in insurance (Life & P&C) or financial services domains.

・Experience writing and executing detailed test cases/scripts and clear test documentation.

・Understanding of Agile/sprint-based QA and distributed team collaboration.

・Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams

【Nice to have】

・Hands-on experience with automation and integration testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, SoapUI, Postman, etc.).

・Familiarity with test data management and synthetic data generation (GenRocket).

・Basic SQL/database testing (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with CI/CD environments.

■給与

月給：経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定

裁量労働手当：有(60,000~80,000円/月支給)

残業手当：なし
