【Department Introduction】

Our department provides IT infrastructure operation services. The infrastructure we provide is diverse, including networks, security, PCs and mobile devices, and communication tools. Because our services are so broad, our staff often have experience in multiple fields, and naturally acquire a wide range of skills.

【必要条件】

A Data Center Operator ensures 24/7 reliability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure. Core duties include monitoring server health, troubleshooting hardware failures, managing physical security, and maintaining optimal environmental conditions (power/cooling). This hands-on role involves rack installation, cable management, tape backups, and customer support for colocation clients

Experience: Previous experience in IT, server maintenance, or data center environments is strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Knowledge of networking, Linux/Windows operating systems, and rack-level hardware troubleshooting. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment (e.g., 25+ lbs) and perform manual labor, such as cabling. Schedule Flexibility: Availability for 24x7 shift rotations, including weekends and night shifts

Japanese: JLPT-N3/N2 (business level)

・Communication with customers will be primarily in English (reading, writing, speaking)

English: TOIEC 700 or above (business level)

月給300,000円～720,000円

※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
