【ポジションについて】

We are hiring a Solution Architect to own the end-to-end technical architecture of a large-scale enterprise data utilization platform. The role translates the customer's business requirements into a coherent, robust architecture and drives it from proposal through production, working directly with customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

【主な業務内容】

- Design the end-to-end solution architecture covering cloud foundation (AWS), enterprise content / storage integration (e.g., Box), data ingestion & cleansing pipelines, and the AI/ML extraction layer.

- Produce architecture artifacts: solution design documents, integration designs, data flow diagrams, and multi-year phased roadmaps.

- Lead pre-sales and proposal architecture: respond to RFPs, design phased scope, and present technical proposals to executive-level decision makers.

- Define the integration strategy connecting cloud storage, OCR/LLM document-extraction pipelines, search (OpenSearch), and BI / analytics layers.

- Ensure scalability and security; keep designs appropriately vendor-neutral; align with the customer's governance and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to ensure designs are implementable and aligned with delivery realities and schedule.

- Own the accuracy and explainability of all technical claims, performance numbers, and capacity assumptions in customer-facing materials.

- Drive spec-driven development by producing clear, unambiguous specifications that act as the single source of truth for design, implementation, and AI-assisted coding.

- Champion AI-assisted engineering across the team: decide where AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) are applied, accelerating delivery while preserving quality, security, and review discipline.

- Contribute hands-on Next.js / React frontend development when needed to validate designs through working prototypes and reference implementations.

- Provide Scrum-Master-style facilitation: run sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, remove blockers, and sustain the delivery rhythm.

【Must have】

- 8+ years of experience in solution / enterprise architecture, with delivery track record on large-scale data / cloud platforms.

- Deep AWS expertise (compute, storage, networking, security). AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification strongly preferred.

- Experience integrating enterprise content platforms (Box, SharePoint, etc.) and designing data ingestion / cleansing pipelines.

- Understanding of OCR / LLM document-extraction architectures and search / analytics stacks.

- TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework experience preferred.

- Practical experience with spec-driven development: ability to translate requirements into precise specifications that guide both human and AI implementation.

- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in real engagements, with sound judgment on their strengths, limitations, and governance.

- Hands-on frontend development experience with Next.js / React (TypeScript).

- Scrum Master or equivalent agile facilitation experience leading sprint-based delivery; CSM / PSM certification a plus.

- Business-level Japanese and English, suitable for both customer-facing and internal materials.

【Nice to have】

- Experience in document-heavy enterprise domains such as construction / engineering.

- Experience responding to formal RFPs and structuring multi-phase proposals.

- Understanding of rule-based vs. generative-AI trade-offs in phased delivery.
