【ポジションの魅力】

This position requires strong network skills in design and implementation services on Cisco Meraki products. Must have knowledge on Project planning, execution, site coordination, site survey etc. Must have hands on experience in implementing, administration and support for Cisco Meraki suite and provide hypercare support post implementation

After successful implementation SME one can acquire knowledge in Managing and gerning SDN transformation, project execution and in depth knowledge in next generation network products including WAN, LAN and Wireless. Can also position as Lead transformation architect or Solution architect. One can move to Head of Engineering team or delivery partner

【仕事内容]

1. Carry out detail site survey and prepare AS-IS environment documents. Prepare Site Survey planning, detail WBS, coordinate with site engineers and customer point of contact to smooth execution.

Update daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and present to TCS management and Customer

2. Prepare detail implementation plan. Coordinate with all stakeholders for smooth implementation. Perform E2E project governance as Technical project manager to share updates with customer and TCS management

3. Configure Network devices and carry out UAT. Review Configuration parameter sheets, Test case documents and make correction before sharing with customer

4. Prepare Cut over plan and execute without any issues. Govern implementation activities and prepare sign off documents for each site after completion

5. Prepare configuration design documents and test case document

6. Prepare transition handover document and provide KT to operations team. Coordinate between TCS implementation team and customers BAU team for smooth handover

7. Govern and Provide Hypercare support post implementation

8. Prepare sign off documents

【必要条件】

1. Hands on experience on Cisco Products including Routers, switches and WLC, AP

2. Must have knowledge on Cisco Meraki products

3. Must have prior implementation experience

4. Must have hands on experience in Incident management, change management and Service request management

【歓迎条件】

1. CCIE or CCNP

2. Cisco Wireless certification

3. Cisco Implementation experience

【英語力】

English - Business Advanced – Able to participate in both internal and external meetings, contribute to discussions and Q&A, and prepare documents/emails with limited use of translation tools.

Japanese - Fluent – Capable of speaking in professional meetings, negotiations, and preparing documents, though some nuances may not be fully understood at the native level.

採用グレードに応じて裁量労働制を適用

(裁量同等手当：6万円～8万円/月)

■給与

月給300,000円～720,000円

※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
