本ポジションでは、大手自動車業界向けプロジェクトにおいて、Microsoft Intuneを中心としたMDM環境の設計・構築・運用高度化をリードしていただきます。

M365およびModern Workplace領域のスペシャリストとして、技術力だけでなく顧客対応やコンサルティングスキルも磨くことができるポジションです。

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Intune-based MDM environments for a major automotive client.

As a specialist in M365 and Modern Workplace technologies, you will gain exposure not only to technical delivery but also to client-facing consulting opportunities.

The department specializes in Communication & Collaboration services, including M365, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Tenant Integration & Migration, MDM (Microsoft Intune), M365 Transformation, and AI-driven service optimization.

Microsoft 365およびMDM領域の専門チームの一員として、Microsoft Best Practicesに基づくサービス提供を行います。

日本とインドのハイブリッド体制で協業しながら、大規模エンタープライズ環境におけるデバイス管理およびModern Workplace推進を担当していただきます。

As part of the M365 and MDM team, you will deliver communication and collaboration services based on Microsoft best practices.

Working closely with teams in Japan and India, you will support enterprise-scale device management and modern workplace transformation initiatives.

•Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune environments

•Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot

•Define and implement RBAC within Intune

•Perform application packaging and software deployment activities

【応募条件 / Required Qualifications】

•4年以上のMDM関連実務経験

•3年以上のMicrosoft Intune導入・設計・構築・運用経験

•iOS、Android、Windowsデバイス管理経験

•Business Advancedレベルの英語力（会議・ディスカッション・メール対応可能）

•Minimum 4 years of experience in MDM technologies

•At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune implementation, administration, and engineering

•Experience managing iOS, Android, and Windows devices in enterprise environments

•Business Advanced English communication skills

•Intune ArchitectまたはSMEとしての経験

•Windows Autopilot導入経験

•Application Packagingおよびソフトウェア配布経験

•PowerShellスクリプト開発経験

•Azure関連認定資格保有

•日本語・英語のバイリンガルスキル

•Experience as an Intune Architect or SME

•Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot

•Application packaging and software deployment expertise

•PowerShell scripting experience

•Azure-related certifications

•Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models

•Japanese-English bilingual capability

採用グレードに応じて裁量労働制を適用

(裁量同等手当：6万円～8万円/月)

■給与

月給300,000円～720,000円

※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定

■就業時間

9:00～18:00
