仕事内容
私たちは、ビジネスにおいて重要なアプリケーションの安定した運用と高いサービス品質を保証するために、L1、L2、およびL3のサポートサービスを提供します。業務は、日本拠点チームとグローバル配信チームが連携し、インシデントの管理、運用サポート活動の実施、アプリケーションパフォーマンスの監視、継続的な改善活動の推進を行います。また、業務効率の向上、プロセスの熟成、アプリケーションの安定性を強化するための変革および最適化活動にも参加します。
日常のタスクとしては、アプリケーションアラート、イベント、および生産インシデントの監視、インシデント管理、トラブルシューティング、および問題解決があります。サポート活動や運用指標を追跡、管理、報告し、アプリケーションの問題と傾向を特定するためにログを収集して分析します。また、SOPs、ランブック、運用マニュアル、サポートドキュメントの作成と維持、セキュリティ標準、監査要件、災害復旧、ビジネス継続プロセス順守を行います。
さらに、アプリケーション移行と安定化活動をサポートし、インフラストラクチャチーム、ビジネスユーザー、クライアント利害関係者、およびIT部門と連携して安定したサービス配信を保証することが期待されています。また、アプリケーションコードを分析して根本原因の特定と生産問題の解決に寄与し、技術文書の作成と知識管理活動に貢献します。レビューセッションや知識共有のイニシアティブへの参加も行います。
