仕事内容
We are seeking an AV (Audio-Visual) Events and Production Engineer who will enhance our company event experiences by ensuring daily AV reliability and developing a long-term strategy for our global AV footprint as we scale. This role is integral to maintaining our company's voice, wire, and computer data services. You will be responsible for maintaining documentation on network configurations, conducting research on network products, and troubleshooting network problems. Additionally, you may handle installations and repairs of voice/wire systems, data terminals, and networks.
Your duties include providing on-site AV support and live streaming for key company events such as Sales Kickoff and Exec Summit. You will design, install, and configure AV systems, coordinating with our workplace department on new projects and system upgrades. Collaborating with external AV vendors for customer-facing events and supporting our internal communications and events team is crucial. You will also develop and uphold AV standards and documentation to facilitate maintenance and troubleshooting by the broader support team. Maintaining conference room AV systems and our global equipment inventory is also a responsibility.
Further, you will conduct research and evaluations of new AV products via pilot programs, recommending future enhancements. You will also participate in general service desk triage, handling support requests, categorizing and prioritizing them, resolving issues when possible, and escalating unsolved queries to appropriate teams. Our ideal candidate will have over five years of AV industry experience, particularly in global corporate settings, along with IT support experience.
