仕事内容
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to support our field sales team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will act as a crucial operational link among our account managers, FAEs, distribution partners, and end customers in managing the Lead-to-Order Process. Your responsibilities will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers, focusing on procurement and planning. You will provide proactive back-office support for Design Registration review, manage pricing/quote requests, and handle process documentation.
You will also work directly with end customers on orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design-related inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Managing escalation or exceptions for orders placed through distributors is key, coordinating closely with the centralized Sales Service team. You will be responsible for coordinating sample requests and supporting new product introductions between field sales, Product Marketing, and Operations. Additionally, you will collect, enter, and analyze demand signals to prepare a consolidated sales forecast for the planning process.
Your role will also include maintaining accurate design registration for DDC and opportunity data in the CRM system, ensuring correct distributor margins, and collaborating cross-functionally with Business Management, Business Operations, and Legal on contracts, agreements, and compliance activities. Preparing sales reports, pipeline updates, and account summaries for internal stakeholders, supporting QBRs and territory/business reviews with data preparation and insights, and assisting in onboarding new sales team members with training are also integral to the position. You will act as the first point of contact for resolving distributor or customer escalations concerning pricing and supply.
