仕事内容
At Synopsys, within the Ansys organization, our role is to leverage industry-leading simulation technologies for accelerating product development, reducing costs, and enabling breakthrough innovation. As part of the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) team, our mission involves close collaboration with customers, channel partners, academia, and product development organizations globally to address complex fluid dynamics and Multiphysics challenges.
Our daily tasks include providing advanced CFD technical expertise to customers and channel partners, which involves ensuring timely and high-quality support. We engage with strategic customer accounts to comprehend their engineering challenges and deliver simulation-based solutions throughout the sales lifecycle. This encompasses conducting technical demonstrations, organizing workshops, and delivering customer training sessions on Ansys CFD products and workflows.
Moreover, we scope and deliver professional services projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Capturing customer requirements, industry trends, and application needs is crucial for us to communicate these effectively to product development teams. We also validate and test new software features and releases using real-world industrial use cases.
We strive to enable customers to solve complex engineering problems using top-tier CFD technologies, thereby enhancing customer productivity, simulation adoption, and overall satisfaction with Ansys solutions. This role involves supporting software growth and revenue generation through technical presales and professional services. By translating customer needs into innovative product enhancements, we influence future product directions and strengthen Synopsys' position as a trusted simulation partner across varied industries. Additionally, our contribution extends to developing industry best practices and scalable customer success methodologies while fostering technical excellence through mentoring and knowledge sharing within the organization.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Minimum Qualifications MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; or PhD in a related discipline with 1+ years of relevant experience. Strong background in: Aerodynamics Acoustics Turbulent flows Conjugate heat transfer Experience using CFD simulation tools, preferably Ansys Fluent, Meshing, Discovery, and Workbench. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills. - **望ましい経験**: Experience with fluid-structure interaction (FSI). Knowledge of reduced-order models and digital twin technologies. Experience in process integration and design optimization. Programming experience with Python, C, or C++. Prior experience supporting engineering customers in a consulting, application engineering, or technical support environment. |
