仕事内容
Overview
Synopsys software engineers are key enablers in the world of Electronic Design Automation (EDA), developing and maintaining software used in chip design, verification and manufacturing.
They work on assignments like designing, developing, and troubleshooting software, leveraging the state-of-the-art technologies like AI/ML, GenAI and Cloud.
Their critical contributions enable world-wide EDA designers to extend the frontiers of semiconductors and chip development.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect, govern, and enhance Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Graph integrations across a global enterprise environment.
Build automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph APIs, and Power Platform to eliminate manual work, improve user experience, and scale operational efficiency.
Lead deployment, governance, and adoption strategies for Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity services, partnering with business stakeholders to identify real-world use cases.
Define and maintain platform governance frameworks, lifecycle policies, and technical standards for collaboration tools, ensuring security, compliance, and operational sustainability.
Support SharePoint Online migration initiatives using ShareGate, including planning, execution, and post-migration validation.
Serve as technical escalation for complex Microsoft 365 issues, leading root-cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes that prevent recurrence.
Partner with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure Microsoft 365 services meet enterprise data protection, regulatory requirements, and Synopsys security policies.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms at scale.
Deep technical expertise with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Graph.
Strong experience building automation using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph APIs to solve operational and user experience challenges.
Proven ability to architect, implement, and govern enterprise collaboration platforms with a focus on security, compliance, and scalability.
Experience leading technical initiatives across distributed teams and geographies, with minimal supervision.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or enterprise AI platforms is a strong plus.
Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Security, or Copilot technologies are a plus.
