Above all, you’re a proactive communicator who values integrity, inclusion, and teamwork, and you are ready to contribute to an industry-leading organization at the forefront of innovation.What You’ll Be DoingEstablishing, developing, and nurturing business relationships with existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory or accounts.Identifying customer pain points and desired outcomes to position Synopsys solutions as the best fit, backed by relevant metrics and proof points.Conducting sales activities via both face-to-face meetings and remote communications, including calls, emails, and video conferences.Creating and maintaining comprehensive account plans that highlight opportunities for growth and value delivery.Researching and qualifying new prospects while expanding the company’s reach within current accounts.Developing clear, effective proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs and business objectives.Coordinating with marketing, technical, and legal teams to deliver seamless sales experiences and solutions.Providing accurate sales forecasts and renewal revenue projections to management.Participating in industry trade shows, conventions, and organizing customer seminars to generate new business leads.The Impact You Will HaveDrive revenue growth and expand Synopsys’ market presence in Japan by successfully managing and growing assigned accounts.Help customers solve complex engineering and technology challenges with Synopsys’ innovative solutions.Strengthen customer loyalty through exceptional service and by delivering real, measurable value.Fuel product development and innovation by relaying customer feedback to internal teams.Enhance the company’s reputation as a trusted partner and technology leader in the semiconductor and software industries.Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance sales culture that celebrates diversity and continuous improvement.Lead by example in upholding Synopsys’ values of integrity, inclusion, and customer focus.What You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or related field; or 3+ years of successful technical sales experience.Demonstrated understanding of engineering analysis, technology, and business fundamentals.Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong communication abilities in both languages.Proven success in technical sales roles, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed.Who You AreCustomer-focused and able to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.Highly motivated, self-driven, and resilient in pursuing ambitious targets.Adaptable, collaborative, and open to feedback in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about technology and innovation.Organized, analytical, and skilled at managing priorities and deadlines.The Team You’ll Be A Part OfYou will join a dynamic, cross-functional sales team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer success.
