仕事内容
In our organization, the focus is on empowering Development Assistant Managers or Managers to solve critical problems for the future of our business. As part of the role, you will lead business application development and establish repeatable models for project deliveries. You will engage with regional teams to understand and implement the ‘definition of done’ from a development delivery perspective. This involves promoting adoption and executing deliveries within projects. Your responsibilities include working with various teams across projects to define and drive the development end-to-end, building solutions that define system specifications, and designing systems that manage policy administration. Additionally, you will share innovative technical ideas with peers and senior contributors, encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Your role necessitates a minimum of five years of experience in system specification development, specifically within the life insurance sector. Proficiency in managing policy administration systems and bilingual capabilities in Japanese and English at a high business level are essential. You should have experience supporting technical teams of 4-6 members and liaising with business users and counterparts across different markets and regions.
The position offers a hybrid work model and flexible working hours, requiring 0-40 hours of overtime per month.
