仕事内容
私たちは、日本最大の銀行や金融機関を対象とした企業営業におけるシニアアカウントエグゼクティブを求めています。この役割では、日本の金融業界の再構築に中心的に関わり、AIを活用した不正検出、リスク管理、クラウドの最新化などの分野で活動します。仕事の範囲としては、アカウント戦略、エグゼクティブとの関係、そして収益目標の全てを統括します。複雑な数年にわたる取引をリードし、多部門横断的なチームを調整し、急速に変化する市場でのSASのプレゼンスを形成します。
私たちのチームにおいて、シニアアカウントエグゼクティブは戦略的金融サービスアカウントの収益を管理し、新規ライセンスやクラウド、サービス契約の拡大を含む大規模で複雑な販売サイクルをリードします。ホワイトスペースを特定し、顧客の意思決定プロセスをマッピングして成長への道筋を計画します。エグゼクティブとの信頼関係を維持し、ビジネスニーズをSASの具体的なビジネスケースに変換します。また、仮想チームを調整して成功を収め、ポストセールでの採用、維持、拡大を推進しながら、リファレンス顧客を開発します。これらの業務を通じて、銀行の運用方法を根本から変革することに貢献します。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Minimum 8 years of experience in the sales, marketing, or technical support of enterprise software solutions, computer hardware, or telecommunications software/hardware, including direct sales to large enterprise accounts. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, MIS, Statistics or other relevant discipline. Demonstrated ownership of an annual revenue target and a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Experience selling to and building relationships at executive level within large organizations. Business-level Japanese, and English sufficient to operate within a global organization (written required). Experience in financial services, including familiarity with banking operations, risk or regulatory requirements (AML, fraud, capital/liquidity). Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications. - **望ましい経験**: Executive relationship building – engages credibly with senior decision makers and influences how they set priorities. Strategic account planning – designs and executes a multi-year growth scenario for an account, not just the next deal. Collaboration and leadership without authority – mobilizes cross-functional teams toward a shared outcome. Working understanding of analytics, AI/ML, data management and cloud, and the ability to translate them into business value. Experience co-selling with system integrators, consulting firms or cloud partners. Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced sales colleagues. |
