仕事内容
As members of our team, we will serve as trusted technical advisors and problem solvers, advocating for the developer ecosystem in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, smart spaces, retail, media, and entertainment. Our primary responsibility is to drive the adoption of NVIDIA technologies, particularly the VSS (Video Search and Summarization) blueprint, by collaborating with cross-functional partners. We will demonstrate innovative solutions that integrate NVIDIA’s core stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines, accelerating critical workloads. Additionally, we will offer guidance on technical enablement resources, such as sample code and demonstration pipelines, to solve real-world challenges.
Our role involves guiding partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA’s programs, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions. We will map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and build adoption strategies. This includes collaborating with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing teams to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies.
Furthermore, we will engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to solve technical challenges and promote guidelines for successful integrations. Acting as a bridge, we will convey partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal teams, offering actionable insights to influence product roadmaps. As technical leaders, we will inspire through conference presentations, user group engagements, tech blog writing, and support for go-to-market and partner initiatives.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a Master’s degree combined with equivalent practical experience. You should have at least 5+ years of professional experience in the technology field. This includes roles in software engineering, developer relations, and technical partnerships. Additionally, you need over 3 years of direct hands-on experience within your specific ecosystem. Established background in managing, working alongside, and growing developer programs at prominent technology organizations, video analytics, VLM ISVs, or pertinent sectors. Strong technical expertise in video analytics within high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or industry-specific frameworks and libraries. Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives. Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams—including architectural development, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops. Proven ability to structure and complete complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external partners across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as needed. Intellectual flexibility and a track record of successfully growing penetration for innovative technology-based solutions. Good English communication skill in email and video conference. Proficient Japanese communication skill is must. - **望ましい経験**: Practical experience developing or improving vertical-specific solutions in video analytics. Track record in crafting and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making. Demonstrated experience in growing developer communities and offering significant technical enablement initiatives. |
