仕事内容

Our role involves leading program execution and technical engagement directly with NeoCloud providers and their ODM/OEM partners. We will integrate data center tools and operationalize processes specifically for AI factory buildouts, ensuring that any obstacles are resolved proactively to maintain program momentum. The focus is on the reliable assembly and deployment of innovative AI infrastructure platforms by working closely with NeoCloud and their partners to meet predetermined quality benchmarks and schedules.

We'll build and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and exceptional execution standards. Additionally, we'll provide technical direction for server system builds in cooperation with subject-matter experts, managing program timelines, dependencies, and risks while addressing any issues that could affect delivery. Timely delivery of customer-specific features is essential, alongside ensuring successful production deployments.

Communicating program status, risks, dependencies, and key insights to senior leadership is a key part of the mission. Required skills include demonstrated experience in program and project management with direct customer engagement, particularly in complex technical environments. A background of at least eight years in successfully managing large-scale, complex data center projects is crucial, along with a strong leadership ability to influence within global, matrixed organizations. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field is needed. Having a growth mindset and a commitment to skill development as NVIDIA branches into new markets are highly valued.

Extensive experience leading technical programs for cloud compute deployments in Japan. Hands-on expertise in building and deploying large-scale compute server infrastructure. Proven track record to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
