仕事内容
We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager passionate about leveraging AI technologies to drive business growth. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for creating and executing industry-specific marketing campaigns and programs within the Japanese market, focusing on the telecommunication, financial services, and healthcare sectors. Collaborating closely with counterparts at our headquarters and local sales and business development teams, you will develop comprehensive plans, execute campaigns, and organize both online and offline events, partnering with essential internal and external collaborators.
Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including lighthouse customers, influencers, community leaders, media partners, and vendors or agencies. You will be tasked with planning and executing webinars and onsite events in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Moreover, you will create and deliver targeted, compelling messaging and content, such as case studies, blogs, social media posts, and translations of key materials from our global teams.
Your strong analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating the effectiveness of programs and improving them over time. This position requires excellent project management abilities to coordinate complex, multi-channel campaigns across a global organization. The ideal candidate will have over five years of B2B marketing experience, including at least three years in campaign management, and will possess a strategic mindset tailored to vertical-specific markets. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment. Your role will also benefit from your innovative approach to integrated planning within enterprise technology, AI, or cloud sectors.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: 5+ overall years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in campaign management; strong track record in integrated planning within enterprise technology, AI, or cloud. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Innovative, multi-channel campaign experience—including digital demand gen, events and ABM. A hands-on executor who gets things done, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Strategic mindset for vertical-specific marketing (healthcare, financial services, manufacturing), which is an advantage. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex, simultaneous campaigns in a matrixed, global organization. Excellent written/verbal English. Ability to deliver on goals and multi-task within a dynamic & constantly evolving work environment. - **望ましい経験**: Hands-on team member, engaging with sales and incorporating the customer point of view.
