仕事内容
As a Contract Specialist at Salesforce, our role involves providing comprehensive Quote-to-Cash support and guidance to Account Teams across Japan, Korea, and Taiwan within our Commercial and Enterprise customer segments. Key responsibilities include assisting in deal structuring, offering quote and contract support, performing deal calculations, and ensuring all processes comply with revenue and company policies. We are tasked with responding to process and policy questions, assisting Account Executives in quoting and deal structuring, and addressing customer satisfaction inquiries related to contracts and products.
We work closely with internal teams such as Pricing, Revenue Recognition, and Legal to resolve contract issues and guide negotiations, ensuring proper revenue recognition and operational feasibility. Our role requires analyzing information to identify key factors for exception approvals and managing queue-based cases within Omnichannel, while also redistributing cases appropriately. Additionally, we share best practices, support team training, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.
Active participation in User Acceptance Testing and handling ad hoc projects are part of our responsibilities. The position requires strong SaaS industry knowledge, understanding of Salesforce products, and the capacity to communicate effectively in English and Japanese. Ideal candidates have over three years of experience in sales or customer support, with a strong grasp of Quote-to-Cash processes and exceptional communication skills in both languages.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: You have 3+ years of sales/customer support experience, sales operations, or customer order management, ideally within the IT industry. You have hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash processes, including contract structuring, deal calculations, and commission calculation. You are fluent in both Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. - **望ましい経験**: You have excellent interpersonal skills — articulate, willing to debate difficult issues constructively, and able to think quickly. You are extremely detail-oriented with the ability to clearly articulate case resolutions and actions required by Account Executives. You have the ability to analyze problems quickly and drive toward optimal outcomes independently. You have demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience. You can excel in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines. You have the ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines. You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. You have prior experience supporting multi-market or cross-regional operations (Korea or Taiwan markets a plus). You have Korean language skills (spoken and/or written). |
