仕事内容
We are seeking a high-performing, creative professional to join our APJ Controllership team in Singapore, specializing in Compensation & Benefit and Commission accounting. The role demands a deep understanding of accounting principles, familiarity with month-end close processes, account reconciliation, intercompany and consolidation activities, and engaging with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audits. Key responsibilities include proactively identifying improvement opportunities and driving finance initiatives to enhance trust and operational efficiency at both regional and global levels. You will participate in internal process improvement initiatives focusing on reporting, analytical tools, and accounting procedures, while supporting monthly flux and variance analysis. Additionally, you will manage monthly close activities, ensuring SOX-compliant preparation or review of accounting journals and timely completion of general ledger reconciliations. The role also involves coordinating with HQ and regional teams to align on accounting practices and ensure compliance with corporate policies, while assisting in both local and statutory audits. Required experience includes a minimum of 7 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in public accounting and 2 years in a managerial role, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Workday financials, and experience in US GAAP and local GAAP for APJ. Application of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and proficiency in large-scale ERP systems is also desirable.
