仕事内容
As Informatica Account Executives within the Enterprise segment, our role is to work with strategic customers comprising organizations with 5,000 to over 10,000 employees. We partner closely with companies to drive complex digital transformation strategies using our Intelligent Data Management Cloud™ (IDMC). In this capacity, we engage directly with C-level executives, cultivating strong, positive, and trusted relationships with both key stakeholders and decision-makers within their assigned sectors.
Our primary responsibilities include developing opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting and enhancing customer satisfaction by establishing robust stakeholder relationships. We play a crucial role in account planning and strategy development, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives and long-term strategic goals. This involves coordinating internal resources to precisely meet customer business requirements and sharing the value propositions of both Informatica and Salesforce with our existing and potential customers.
Driving growth within both new and existing customer accounts is central to our objectives, as is assisting in the formulation and execution of account strategies in alignment with customer goals. Successful candidates typically have over 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least five years in Enterprise Sales. Preferably, they possess experience in selling technical platforms and a profound understanding of the Integration/API market. Balancing these competencies with an ability to strategize effectively is essential for managing large key accounts and achieving success in this role.
