仕事内容
As part of our team, you will leverage your extensive sales expertise, combined with new technologies and AI modeling, to identify and position opportunities for Agentforce with potential customers. You will work closely with the Salesforce Sales team to discover ways to drive growth for Agentforce among existing and prospective clients. Your deep knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Agentforce, will be crucial in demonstrating how our product stack can provide tailored solutions to transform customer engagement while fitting seamlessly within clients' current architecture.
Your role involves conducting comprehensive technical discoveries to analyze complex business problems and showcasing Agentforce's capabilities to deliver impactful solutions at scale. You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying Agentforce opportunities that align with our ideal customer profile. Leading in-depth discovery discussions, you will identify prospective customers’ critical business needs and determine how Agentforce can serve as a solution.
Crafting and presenting compelling Points of View (POVs) that highlight the tangible value of Agentforce to both technical and business stakeholders is another key aspect of your role. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, presenting a unified Salesforce front to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process. Your ability to align our solutions with customers' long-term strategic objectives will be vital. Additionally, you will utilize your ability to meld deep discovery insights with your own perspective to present compelling use cases of Agentforce that resonate with buyers.
