Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.Department Description:セールスフォース・ジャパンの営業組織において、ソリューションカットでアラインする組織と営業活動をするProductSpecialization。ServiceCloud、Platform＆Security、DataCloud、Slackなど、各ソリューションの専門家集団として、ビジネス拡大に取り組んでいます。Role Description:Platform＆Security製品の販売計画立案と実行に注力していただくポジションです。担当領域に対する拡販の戦略策定からお客様訪問、提案、契約までの業務をアカウント担当営業部門、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、チャネルセールス部門、開発パートナー様と協調しながら推進します。主な業務内容：販売計画の立案、商談対応、イネーブルメント、イベントやセミナー企画Your Impact:・年間目標を実現する為の販売計画を立案。・CoreAEと同行し、顧客に対してPlatform＆Security製品の提案を実施。・Platform＆Security製品の認知度向上、および商談（Pipeline）の増加を目的としたイベント、ウェビナー等の企画/運営・CoreAEおよびインサイドセールスがPlatform＆Security製品を顧客に販売する上での効果的なトークスクリプト、営業ツールの作成。本ポジションで求められるものは、お客様に製品のバリューを伝え、CDO/CIOのトラステッドアドバイザーとして、お客様の業務理解と、DXを実現するテクノロジーの専門性を備え提案できる人物像が求められます。Basic Requirements:・ 製造業営業としての業務経験・ エンタープライズ 法人営業もしくはプリセールスコンサルタント、エンジニアとして5年以上の経験・お客様第一のマインドと数字への強いこだわりを持ち、アクティブに活動できる方・アプリケーション開発、モバイルソリューション、IoT、AI、データベース、インテグレーション等のテクノロジーやプラットフォームソリューションでの提案経験・目標達成のための計画立案スキル・商談発掘手段を立案、実施する経験 、社内の関係部門と協業して幅広いテリトリーをカバーする営業経験・口頭、文面、プレゼンテーションの優れたスキルPreferred Requirements:・セミナー企画、集客及び講師経験・CIOと戦略的なテーマでのコミュニケーション経験・社会環境とテクノロジーを俯瞰的に捉え、表現するスキル・従来のやり方に固執せず、新しいものを取り入れるという感覚がある方・自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性のある方・中級レベルの英語力Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
