仕事内容
As Engagement Managers in the Workday Success Plans (WSP) team, we handle multiple projects at once, managing the delivery of packaged services and deployment guidance to a diverse set of customers globally. Our role includes driving project execution by applying project management practices such as developing project staffing plans, coordinating system access, and conducting meetings to ensure each project is executed efficiently, successfully, and within quality standards. We advocate equally for Workday, our employees, and our customers.
Our responsibilities are centered on leading projects that deliver Workday Success Plans programs and services. This includes clearly communicating project objectives and delivery strategies, becoming expert in Workday Success Plans, and educating customers throughout the project lifecycle. We must balance the needs of numerous concurrent projects and provide guidance and mentorship to consultants working on these projects. Ensuring projects are accurately planned and properly staffed is crucial to our role.
We also collaborate with client project managers to identify and resolve issues affecting project scope or timelines, lead customer and internal operational meetings, and aim to have customers willing to serve as references post-project completion. Additionally, we perform administrative tasks, such as updating project forecasts, assisting with team scheduling, and handling other project initiation and closure tasks.
Candidates need at least eight years of project management experience, with a background in HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations, and five years implementing systems like Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft. Passion for customer service, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is essential. A solid understanding of business areas such as HR, Payroll, and Accounts, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives, is also required. Proficiency in Mandarin and the ability to travel up to 10% can be advantageous.
