仕事内容
As a Customer Success Associate at Datadog, we focus on building long-term strategic relationships with our customers to drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure successful product use and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to act as an advocate for the customer within Datadog and provide a positive experience across a high volume of accounts. We follow a well-defined methodology to understand each customer’s unique needs and effectively communicate the value of the Datadog products. As we expand our Customer Success team, personal development and team success remain top priorities.
In your role, you will identify target opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and proactively build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, focusing on their retention. You will handle requests from your assigned accounts, which may include technical support escalations, billing inquiries, and documentation or enablement requests to ensure a positive customer experience. You will also adjust account management strategies based on diverse customer requirements and provide advisory support to customers to ensure effective use of our solutions. Monitoring usage trends to uncover renewal risks and support increased adoption rates is also key.
Additionally, your role involves collaborating cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams such as support, product, finance, and legal. Successful candidates will be customer-minded, motivated by a career in sales, and have strong communication skills. We value experience in negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections.
