仕事内容
As part of the Datadog’s Technical Solutions team, we manage and lead a dynamic team of Solutions Engineers. Our role involves responding to client requests, troubleshooting issues, and exploring Datadog’s 1000+ integrations. We ensure new Solutions Engineers are onboarded successfully, assist in managing Solutions Engineering queues, and collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams on urgent issues. We review and prioritize escalations, responding to customers in Japan as needed, and dispatch customer requests as part of a rotation schedule.
Additionally, we oversee demo training, assist in demo certification, and support incident response during outages, ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams. We contribute to building documentation and knowledge base articles across various technologies. Our work environment values collaboration and creativity, operating as a hybrid workplace for work-life balance.
Fluency in English and Japanese is necessary for interacting with global stakeholders. We require the ability to work some weekends, and we value self-motivation, attention to detail, and continuous learning. Experience in people management, mentorship, programming, and basic Linux knowledge is also essential. This role supports Datadog’s mission of providing leading observability and security solutions for modern, AI-driven businesses.
