仕事内容
As the Director of Commercial Sales, we will lead and strategize the efforts of our Commercial Sales Managers and their teams to foster the growth of our organization. Our focus will be on enhancing productivity and expanding a proven product into a multi-billion dollar market. We will be responsible for providing strategic direction, mentorship, and oversight to sales managers, guiding their professional development and ensuring successful team operations. We will actively participate in hiring, training, and supporting new team members to ensure their effectiveness and success in their roles.
Our daily tasks will involve forecasting team performance based on productivity metrics, developing outbound prospecting strategies to boost customer acquisition, and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement. We will ensure that best practices are adopted and regularly provide accurate revenue forecasts to our leadership team. Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders is crucial, as we help to develop go-to-market strategies, create training curricula, and achieve hiring objectives.
We will leverage our extensive experience in high-tech, direct sales environments to manage and coach first-line managers throughout the sales cycle, maintaining a customer-centric approach to in all our endeavors. This role also involves enhancing organizational skills, ensuring smooth team operations, and promoting effective time management.
