仕事内容
As a Communication Manager for Logitech's Personal Workspace in Tokyo, we hold a key role in driving the growth of pivotal categories through comprehensive strategic planning and execution. Our core responsibilities encompass digital marketing, managing influencer programs, and overseeing social media communication on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X. Additionally, we handle digital media collaborations with publishers and coordinate PR activities, including new product launch events. We work closely with Category Managers, the Business Group at headquarters in Lausanne, and the Regional Communication Team to align strategies and achieve category business objectives. Our role demands a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation, as we set activity KPIs, monitor progress, and take actionable steps to meet goals. We are responsible for managing the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently.
To succeed in this role, we utilize a consumer-centric approach to innovate solutions that align with customer preferences and attitudes. Our tasks include planning and executing influencer programs through agencies or directly, featuring YouTubers and Bloggers, to enhance awareness and understanding of key products. We coordinate editorial tie-ups with digital publishers for in-depth brand communication and organize NPI PR activities. Our solid communication and presentation skills allow us to influence brand strategy and collaborate effectively across diverse, geographically spread teams. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is crucial for our role, requiring us to be independent, a team player, and possess excellent self-management skills.
