仕事内容
In this role, we are responsible for driving the growth of the Tablet Keyboard and Headset categories in Japan, specifically within the B2B segment. We will manage the profit and loss (P&L) for these categories and lead the 4P management strategy, which includes product offering, pricing, margin management, channel strategy, and go-to-market strategies. We will work closely with various teams such as sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance to execute category strategies effectively. This position furthermore involves collaborating with global strategic partners like Apple, Microsoft, Zoom, and Google to boost local co-marketing and sales initiatives.
A significant aspect of our job is to analyze the requirements of B2B customers and partners, as well as B2C end-users and retailers, to inform future product and solution development based on Japan's local requirements. Our role requires having extensive experience in product marketing and 4P management, with a focus on hardware devices, and being able to manage a category with P&L responsibility.
We must possess excellent communication, presentation, and data analytic skills to manage relationships and strategize across different organizational levels and geographic locations. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is critical, as well as to maintain a broad strategic perspective in problem-solving and decision-making. Being fluent in English is essential for this role, enabling us to interact effectively within the global Logitech team.
