仕事内容
We are responsible for maintaining and supporting desktops, notebooks, and printers, ensuring optimal performance and addressing potential issues that could impact the user experience. Our daily tasks include basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, and repairs. In some instances, we may need to respond to calls outside of normal business hours as directed by leadership.
In our role, we leverage a thorough understanding of relevant policies and procedures while exercising independent judgment for non-routine matters. Although our work mostly involves routine activities, we also contribute by making policy recommendations and serving as an escalation point for less experienced team members.
To perform our duties effectively, proficiency in the Windows operating system is essential, along with knowledge of Linux/Unix environments if required. Strong client service skills are crucial for addressing user needs effectively, and a valid A+ desktop certification or equivalent skill set is necessary. Additional certifications for different hardware platforms may be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in Japanese, including speaking, reading, and writing, are mandatory, while proficiency in English is preferred and regarded as an added advantage. The role requires physical ability to perform office tasks, including moving assets within or between premises, with accommodation for equipment as needed. This is a full-time onsite position that may involve significant travel, including overnight domestic trips.
Typically, this role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a high school degree or diploma, and may involve an undergraduate degree or equivalent education and work experience.
