仕事内容

We are responsible for overseeing the strategic execution and management of the NXP Japan DENSO account, focusing on expanding business in the MCU and SoC sectors to foster long-term relationships and system-level engagements. Key responsibilities include leading strategy execution aligned with NXP’s objectives, driving revenue growth, developing go-to-market plans for MCUs and SoCs, and identifying priority opportunities within DENSO. We prepare and support high-level executive meetings, communicate value propositions, and ensure the proper follow-up on action items.

In the capacity of People Manager, we lead and manage the account team by aligning skills and resources, setting performance targets, conducting performance reviews, coaching team members, and planning succession strategies. We coordinate cross-functionally, aligning internal stakeholders, coordinating product roadmaps, managing technical positioning, and handling escalations as needed.

Furthermore, we are responsible for account governance and risk management by monitoring forecasts and opportunities, managing risks, and ensuring stable account performance. Necessary qualifications include experience in automotive semiconductor sales or account management, a proven track record in people management, and system-level business expansion experience with Tier-1 customers, preferably with DENSO. Proficiency in both Japanese and English communication is essential, along with knowledge of automotive E/E architectures, particularly in MCUs and SoCs. We must also demonstrate an ability to work independently and consistently deliver results.
