仕事内容

In our role as a Business Development leader within the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and Vehicle Electronics Architecture (VEA) domains, we function as the primary interface with automotive OEMs, Tier1 suppliers, and ecosystem partners for software-related engagements. Our mission is to drive business growth by deeply collaborating with customers' software R&D leaders, system architects, and program decision-makers, working alongside Global Key Account Managers (GKAM) and cross-functional teams globally at NXP.

Our responsibilities include leveraging practical experience in software development or Field Application Engineering (FAE) to effectively bridge business and technical realms. By doing so, we support early-stage evaluations, contribute to software architecture discussions, and facilitate the progression from design-in to design-win processes. Moreover, we are charged with creating new business opportunities while scaling strategic engagements. This involves integrating NXP’s software solutions, such as SDV platforms, MotionWise, and CoreRide, into customer technology roadmaps.

Through strong ownership and collaborative efforts, we ensure the successful early-stage engagement of projects, achieve design wins, and foster long-term revenue growth for the company. Our focus is continually on expanding and positioning NXP's offerings effectively within the automotive sector's evolving landscape.
